Members of the Media:

The East Carolina University Board of Trustees will meet in regular session November 13-14, 2025, in the Main Campus Student Center on the campus of East Carolina University for the purpose of conducting university business. Please see below for a detailed itinerary.

The Board of Trustees will begin meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, with specific committee meetings convening as follows:

Thursday, November 13, 2025
10:30 a.m. – Committee on Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance & Ethics
11:45 a.m. – Committee on Strategy & Innovation
12:30 p.m. – University Affairs Committee
1:30 p.m. – Athletics & Advancement Committee
2:30 p.m. – Budget, Finance, and Infrastructure Committee

All committee meetings will be held in Room 249 of the Main Campus Student Center
