Carl Rogers


Carl Rogers is a native of Person County, N.C. and graduated from ECU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He spent most of his career owning and operating DuBose National Energy Services, Inc. in Clinton, N. C. DuBoseNES is a diversified steel products provider servicing the U.S. and international nuclear power industry. Carl is a strong advocate for children in need and supports several children’s charities including being a longtime supporter of ECUHealth and The James and Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital. He serves on the Person County Education Foundation where he sponsors an ECU Access Scholarship. Carl is a 30 year member of the Pirate Club and he and his family has been major supporters of every athletics capital campaign over the last 25 years. In 2017 was he named the Pirate Club Donor of The Year and also received the Chancellor’s Amethyst Award for Dedication and Generosity. Carl is also a member of The Order of the Cupola.

Two of Carl’s three children earned their undergraduate and masters degrees from ECU and the other graduated from N.C. State School of Veterinary Medicine. Carl resides in Wrightsville Beach with his wife Connie.
